Shipping conditions

IN THE PENINSULA AND THE BALEARIC ISLANDS

For delivery to be made within 24 hours , the following conditions must be met:

1. Ordered products must be available. If a product is not in our warehouse, it is in a secondary warehouse and will arrive within 24 to 72 hours.

2. Orders must be placed before 3:00 p.m. If placed after this time, they may not be delivered the next business day.

3. Delivery within 24 hours is only available for the peninsula. For the Balearic Islands, delivery requires 2 to 3 working days.

4. Deliveries will not be made on Saturday or Sunday, but always on the next business day after the date the order was placed.

When selecting a product, it is essential that you pay attention to the availability indicated next to the "add to order" option. Depending on the product and the time you make the purchase, processing may take between 24 and 48 hours.

If your order includes products with different availability types, it may be sent in more than one shipment.

With label “Immediate stock”

We call "immediate stock" those products that are available in our main warehouse and can be shipped immediately.

Without label “Immediate stock”

Products without this label are not available in our main warehouse, but are available in a secondary warehouse. These products must be moved to our main warehouse before they can be dispatched.
