1. Payment Methods

To proceed with the payment, the Client must follow each and every one of the instructions displayed on the corresponding page of the payment process on bellaloba.es. Payment for the products and possible shipping costs can be made by credit or debit card (PAYTPV), bank transfer or PayPal.

Prepayment methods (credit or debit card, PayPal and bank transfer) will be subject to verification and authorization by the issuing entities. If the payment is not authorized, the order may be rejected. The price of the products and the costs of the shipping service (if applicable) will be charged at the time of placing the order.

PAYMENT BY CARD (SSL)

As an electronic payment system, bellaloba.es has an e-commerce payment gateway, through which all data provided is hosted on a secure server certified according to the "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) protocol, so it is encrypted. to guarantee maximum safety. Under no circumstances will the data provided by Clients be stored through the payment gateway, and will only be kept while the purchase is made, the payment is made and until the withdrawal period has elapsed.

PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL

If you have a PAYPAL account, we offer you the PayPal payment method, a quick and easy way to pay for your order.

PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER

You can choose to pay by making a bank transfer to the account that we will provide you once you place the order. In this case, when we have the transfer effective we will send you your order.

2. Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

Our warehouse staff will prepare the package with the products for collection by the logistics company.

If you have selected the MRW transport company, orders confirmed before 7:00 p.m. to the Peninsula (including Portugal) will arrive at their destination before 8:00 p.m. the next day from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and locations with mileage. .

If you have selected NACEX as a shipping company, orders that are confirmed before 6:00 p.m., destined for the Peninsula (including Portugal), will arrive at their destination before 7:00 p.m. the next day, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and locations with mileage.

Orders to the Balearic Islands made with Nacex will arrive at their destination in 24 hours as long as they have been confirmed before 6:00 p.m.*. Those made with MRW will arrive within 48 hours if they have been confirmed before 7:00 p.m.*.

Orders with the payment method “Bank Transfer” will be confirmed once the transfer is received in our bank. Once payment is received (24-48 hours) the order will be confirmed by our Customer Service team.

If you are not at home, the logistics company will leave a delivery attempt receipt so that you can contact the nearest branch and agree on a delivery time.

Finally you will receive your order at the agreed delivery location.

The cities of Ceuta and Melilla and the Portuguese Islands are excluded as shipping areas for our products.

SHIPPING COSTS

At bellaloba.es shipping costs are free for all geozones (Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands), as long as the purchase amount is equal to or greater than €9.

Shipping costs for orders of less than €9 amount to €3.99.

RETURNS

1. The returned product must be in perfect condition, with its original labeling, promotional products, and in general everything that is attached to the purchase of the aforementioned product.

2. The period for exercising the right of withdrawal is 14 calendar days.

3. In case of withdrawal, bellaloba.es must refund all payments received from the consumer, including, where applicable, shipping costs.

4. Returns will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within a period of 14 calendar days. For its part, bellaloba.es must refund all payments received from the consumer, including, where applicable, delivery costs before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which it has been informed of the withdrawal decision. bellaloba.es may withhold the refund of the price until it has received the goods or proof of their return. 5. Returns and partial cancellations of an order will give rise to partial refunds of the total amount paid for the entire order.

6. Those items identified as gifts acquired through the purchase of an order and that are requested to be returned individually will not be subject to the right of return.

7. In the case of promoted products and in the event of withdrawal, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded.
