SUB-9 PRO Salts Electrolytes Duplo is a food supplement with a base of minerals and vitamins designed to prevent the appearance of cramps and decreased performance as a result of dehydration. It also contains 40 mg of caffeine per capsule to reduce the feeling of fatigue and improve the athlete's performance. SUB9 PRO SALTS ELECTROLYTES are a variation of SUB9 SALTS ELECTROLYTES in which ginger has been replaced with caffeine.

Each capsule contains exactly 250 mg of sodium, 54 mg of potassium, 2.5 mg of calcium, 19.7 mg of magnesium. With a contribution of vitamin D to help the absorption of calcium and vitamin B6; essential for enzymes to function properly.

How to use:

Take 1 or 2 capsules an hour with 150 ml of water . No more than five capsules should be consumed per day so as not to exceed the recommended amount of caffeine 200 mg per day.
